1. What we collect

• Photos and messages that you and your contributors upload, and the names you type to label them.
• Organizer sign-in: your email address (we send a link to confirm it) or your Google account, so you can come back to your group.
• Order details: number of photos, number of people who joined, price, and payment status.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser language and approximate country, which our server sees when you open the site. We use the country to understand where our customers are.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who is responsible for the payment data you give them.

2. Why we use it

• To make your video and let you preview, pay for and download it.
• To contact you about your order and answer your questions.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and understand how the service is used.

3. Who can see it

• People you share the group link with can see the photos and messages in the group.
• We use service providers to run the site: our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany)), our payment provider, and an email provider for sign-in links. They process data only to provide their service.
• We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos for advertising or to train AI models.

4. Where it is stored and for how long

The website is hosted in Germany. Uploaded photos, messages and finished videos are kept for up to 30 days after your video is delivered (or after you stop working on an unpaid group), and then deleted. Order records (amount, date, payment status) are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser’s local storage is used to keep your unfinished group and photos on your device so you do not lose them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to remove a photo or message at any time. Email mr.bobush@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

FromAll.gift is meant for adults. If photos show children, the person uploading them must be allowed to share them, for example as a parent or with the parent’s permission.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell organizers by email.
