Terms of Service

1. The service

FromAll.gift turns photos and short messages from a group of people into one edited video gift for someone they love. One person (the organizer) starts a group and shares a link. Everyone who opens the link (a contributor) can add photos and a short message, without creating an account. We edit the photos and messages into a video.

2. Free preview and payment

• Building the group and watching the preview is free.
• You pay only after you have watched the preview and decided you want the video. The payment is one-time. There is no subscription.
• After payment you can download the finished video in two formats: 16:9 (horizontal) and 9:16 (vertical).
• Anyone in the group can pay, once. Everyone else joins for free.

3. Prices

• Small: up to 15 photos, US $39.
• Large: up to 30 photos, US $49.

Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos and messages you upload.
• You give us a limited licence to store, process and edit them only to make your video and show it to the people you share it with. We do not use your content for advertising or publish it anywhere.
• You confirm that you have the right to upload what you add, and that the people in the photos would reasonably expect it to be used for a gift like this.
• Do not upload anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that harms other people. We may refuse or remove content and, if needed, close a group.

5. Your finished video

The finished video is for personal, non-commercial use: you can keep it, send it to the recipient and share it with the group. If we make a mistake (for example a misspelled name or a wrong photo order), we fix it for free. See the Refund policy.

6. Availability

We try to keep the service running and to prepare previews as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or an exact delivery time. The time depends on the number of photos.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
